The Business Pride Project, dedicated to empowering LGBTQIA+ youth entrepreneurs, officially launched with a dynamic kick-off meeting held from July 13–15, 2023, in Nuremberg, Germany. Organized by Highlights e.V., the project coordinator, this event brought together representatives from partner organizations, including three members from TIR Consulting Group & FFE Poland, to collaboratively plan and establish the foundation for the initiative’s success.
About the Project
The Business Pride initiative is designed to support LGBTQIA+ youth in launching or growing their business ideas. Central to the project is the mentorship program, connecting young entrepreneurs with experienced business leaders who provide guidance, expertise, and ongoing support.

Day 1: Project Kick-Off
The first day focused on officially launching the project, with introductions among partners and a comprehensive presentation of the project’s vision and objectives. This session served as a crucial moment for aligning on goals and discussing the roadmap for the initiative’s implementation.
Days 2 & 3: Participatory Visits
The following days featured participatory visits that encouraged interactive engagement and provided a deeper understanding of the project’s strategies and methodologies. These sessions promoted meaningful discussions and collaboration, ensuring a unified approach to achieving impactful outcomes.
