Infodemic: Path to Wellness equip youth workers, educators, trainers, and NGO staff with essential digital competencies and mental well-being strategies, enabling them to guide young people toward safe, responsible, and mentally healthy digital citizenship through innovative non-formal education (NFE) methodologies. The project aims to respond to the challenges of the digital age by combining critical digital skills development with a strong emphasis on mental health awareness. It fosters a community of trained youth workers capable of addressing online misinformation, digital safety, and eWellness, while promoting human-centered and ethical digital participation. Through hands-on training, local workshops, and international collaboration, the project seeks to create a lasting impact both at local and European levels.
Training Courses:
Local Practice Workshops:
Stage 2: Participants organize and deliver workshops for young people in their home countries, applying digital competence and mental health promotion methodologies.

Online Collaboration and Dissemination:
48 trained youth workers equipped with new skills in digital literacy, online safety, mental health resilience, and non-formal education delivery.
At least 24 local workshops held across partner countries, reaching and empowering hundreds of young people.
1 comprehensive eWellness Toolkit created and freely shared across youth organizations at local, national, and European levels.
Strengthened international partnerships, fostering future collaboration, knowledge exchange, and innovation in youth work practices.
Promotion of Erasmus+ opportunities and European values, with special attention to inclusion and outreach to young people with fewer opportunities.
