The project aims to run analysis of needs and pains and create hands-on material to encourage business activities among LGBTQ+ communities. Our goal is to showcase good practices, successful case studies and interviews with LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs together with creation of up-to-date resources for funding, prototyping and mentoring .

Feel free to join our Business pride Infostand on the 14th of September at the Christopher Street Day organised by CSD Erlangen! From 13:00 at the Rathausplatz, Erlangen. We will share the results of the projects, hard copies of the Handbook and tote bags with the special LGBTQ+ design!

Analysis Report: Barriers and Opportunities for Young LGBTQIA+ Entrepreneurs
This report investigates the barriers, opportunities, and current status of young LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs in Germany, Croatia, Poland, and the broader European context. Findings are based on survey responses from 172 individuals (112 LGBTQIA+ & 60 allies , expert interviews, and insights from the “Business Pride” project participatory visit in Nuremberg, Germany. The study highlights key challenges such as funding barriers, discrimination, and regional disparities, while emphasising opportunities through mentorship, digital platforms, and tailored resources for LGBTQ+ entrepreneurs.

During the biggest local LGBTQ+ event we presented the project and its main results such as Business Pride Handbook (Hard copies and digital), online Platform and the Facebook networking community.
