This project 2023-1-DE04-KA210-YOU-000165233 aims promote entrepreneurship among  girls and young women aged 16 to 30. Recognizing the underrepresentation of women in the workforce and business sectors, the initiative addresses barriers such as limited access to education and entrepreneurial training.

Our other key objectives are:
1. Strengthen the capacities of organizations in Turkey, Serbia, and Germany to design and implement initiatives that build entrepreneurial competencies,
focusing on creativity, teamwork, problem-solving, and innovation.
2. Initiate collaboration between organizations and key sectors, such as business and education, to create sustainable, cross-sectoral solutions.
3. Train youth workers and educators to develop and deliver activities that empower girls and women, providing them with practical tools and methods to
address their unique challenges.
4. Research the needs of the young females and educators, and based on that create a user-friendly and easy to read and implement Toolkit for female
entrepreneurship.
5. Build a strong consortium network to ensure continued collaboration and the development of new projects.
